通告：秘書處暫停服務（年度盤點）
各位會員及公眾人士：
本會秘書處將於 2026 年 9 月 9 日（星期三）至 9 月 11 日（星期五） 進行年度物資及資產盤點工作。
盤點期間，秘書處將暫停所有對外服務、電話查詢及申請手續處理。相關安排如下：
暫停服務期間： 2026 年 9 月 9 日（星期三）至 9 月 11 日（星期五）
服務恢復時間： 2026 年 9 月 14 日（星期一）起全面回復正常運作
暫停服務期間，各界人士仍可透過電郵（info@hkcucanoe.com.hk）留下查詢或訊息，本會將於 2026 年 9 月 14 日恢復辦公後盡快跟進及回覆。如有任何急需辦理之證書、活動報名或相關手續，請盡早於 9 月 8 日或之前遞交辦理。
不便之處，敬請見諒。

Notice: Secretariat Service Suspension (Annual Inventory)
Dear Members and the Public,
The Secretariat of the Hong Kong China Canoe Union will conduct its annual inventory of materials and assets from Wednesday, 9 September 2026 to Friday, 11 September 2026.
During this period, all external services, telephone enquiries, and application processing will be suspended. The arrangements are as follows:
Service Suspension Period: 9 September 2026 (Wednesday) – 11 September 2026 (Friday)
Service Resumption: Normal operations will fully resume on 14 September 2026 (Monday)
During the suspension period, enquiries or messages may still be sent via email (info@hkcucanoe.com.hk). The Secretariat will follow up and reply promptly after resuming office on 14 September 2026. For urgent matters such as certificate issuance, event registration, or related procedures, please ensure submission on or before 8 September 2026.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely thank all members and colleagues in the sports community for their understanding and cooperation.
